Whenever the people begin to choose who leads them through the powers domiciled in their votes that is when that nation will experience a rebirth of newness and efficiency.

When the power to hire competent leaders and fire incompetency is active and potent through the objective use of our PVC; leaders will sit up in diligence to their duties while intending leaders will make tremendous efforts to stand out in order to be considered for the positions they aspire for. 

The beauty of Peter Obi's paradigm shift is that it has opened a new door in our political equation worth considering. It has improved our options of selecting who leads us against the unhealthy limitation created by the corrupt political gang which boxes us to either just two major political parties. These two political parties over the years have set us backwards with their gross inconsistency; electoral fraud; executive rascality; financial misappropriation; theft of our commonwealth; and gross incompetence. They have found a way of muscling themselves as the two options we must choose from the recent past because of their large membership spread and criminally funded structure that is only transactional. 

Over these years they have subdued the masses in believing that their votes don't count with the facade of a criminal structure that will get them into office.

All that has changed as at this hour because one man that exhibited corporate competence; sincerity; prudence; good character and political cleanness has become a rallying point in the struggle for a new and efficient Nigeria.

The consciousness of the masses has been awakened and they now know that they are not limited to options of two criminal political parties to get a president. They now know that the biggest social or political structure is domiciled with the masses; that's you and I.

Upon realising that the masses who do not belong to any political party are more in numbers than the number of members of every political parties put together; you sure now know who has the power to hire or fire.
